Clinical Hypnotherapy

Clinical Hypnotherapy is an evidence-based treatment. Hypnotherapy is not a quick fix to your problems. It requires that the client be committed to change and prepared to make the effort to make that change a reality.

Clinical Hypnotherapy uses guided relaxation to induce a trance-like state of focus and concentration. This trance-like state is similar to the state you usually experience right before falling asleep. In this state, you are able to turn your attention completely inward to find and utilize the natural resources deep within yourself that can help you make changes you desire.

Some people fear that they will lose control in hypnosis. This is not true. You do not lose consciousness and you are in control of you.You will not engage in any behaviors you do not wish to engage in.

Hypnotherapy can be used to treat a wide range of issues:

  • Reducing symptoms of anxiety and depression

  • Stress management

  • Cope with past traumas

  • Improving performance

  • Reducing procrastination

  • Improving eating habits

  • Increase self-esteem and self-love

  • Release emotional blocks

  • Improve relationships with self and others
